With a bachelor’s in pharmacy and master’s in management studies from Mumbai University, Gauri has been associated with the healthcare industry for the past 27 years in various capacities.
Before starting Brand Innerworld, Gauri headed the healthcare business of FCB-Ulka Advertising and handled assignments for India’s top healthcare companies including GSK, Cipla, Abbott, Pfizer, Dr. Reddy’s, and J&J. She was head of India Operations for the Global team of Draft FCB Ulka Healthcare, New York, USA.
Gauri has been associated with different genres of healthcare brands such as prescription medicines, OTC brands, Medical devices, Surgical brands, and Hospitals. She has also handled Rx to OTC switches for India’s most celebrated Rx brands.
She developed mass health awareness campaigns like Anti-AIDS campaigns for the Bill Gates Foundation and the ‘Knee Replacement’ campaign for the Rheumatoid society of India.
Gauri has worked marketing departments of Boehringer Mannheim and Knoll Pharma in different capacities.
Gauri has been coaching senior and middle management executives from healthcare companies for the past ten years. As a certified trainer for INNOVARA, an American training company, Gauri has been dealing with top executives from the Industry.
Gauri taught the pharma marketing course at NMIMS for ten years and has been associated with other B schools like IES, SIES, MET, and SPJIMR.
Gauri was a speaker at industry associations like IPA, IDMA, and AIOC on multiple occasions.
