Torrent Pharma announced acquisition of Curatio Health Care for ₹2000 Crore

The company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the dermatology company Curatio Health Care Private Limited. The addition of Curatio to Torrent Pharma will add a ground force of 600 MRs and a strong distributuion network of 900 stockists.

FDA J&K cancels licenses of Medical Stores and Pharma Dealers
