This is an online, self-paced course designed for pharma professionals to increase their knowledge about the pharmaceutical sector’s changing requirements from doctor-centric to patient-centric.
World Pharma Brand Managers Day is celebrated every year to commemorate the legacy of the late prof. Chitta Mitra who is known as the father of Indian pharma brand management and prof. Tarun Gupta, whose contribution will always be remembered and celebrated. The year the topic was the patient-centric approach for excellence in pharma marketing which is a very significant topic to discuss provided the shift that is taking place in pharmaceutical marketing.
In the course, we have real patients explaining their pain points during the journey of having the disease and experts from the industry who have discussed and shared their experiences & expertise in the domain of patient centricity.
