Educators

Vivek Hattangadi is from Ahmedabad. He has been associated with the pharma industry for over 48 years. He is experienced both in sales management and brand management. Headed the sales and marketing teams of two Indian MNCs, Intas Pharmaceuticals and Torrent Pharmaceuticals. Previously he was in Sun Pharma as Sr. Brand Manager (Product Manager) and Sales Manager (West). His corporate experience is of 30 years and as an independent pharma sales & brand trainer and mentor for 18 years. He is associated with B-schools as a guest faculty. Vivek has six books in pharma management and the seventh will be released very soon.

Pravin Virkud is from Mumbai. He has been associated with the Indian pharma industry for over 40 years. He makes brand managers (product managers) understand, interpret the data provided by prescription research agencies, which is collated from the live prescription generation. Pravin has helped marketing teams do SWOT-AP Analysis with action plans that give a competitive edge. He has helped the pharma marketing teams to take strategic decisions, like in creating blue oceans. He was the past President of SMSRC (India). Pravin is also associated with leading B-schools as a visiting faculty.
