Biography

Suniel is a freelance ICF certified Life Coach and Soft Skills Trainer based in Mumbai.
In his 39 years career, some of his major roles and responsibilities entailed Business Development, Sales Management, and Training in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Suniel spearheaded the training department of a large Indian pharmaceutical company from 2003 to 2014 where he planned, organized, designed, and delivered skill enhancement programs for 7 divisions of the company. He has the distinction of having trained 10,000+ people across various functions and levels.
Before that he worked as Sales Manager, South, based in Bangalore.
Suniel has a strong and reputable history in learning and development, offering his clients a wide range of programs that include both behavioral and skills-based needs. He develops and implements measurable interventions to help his clients achieve their business goals and takes a focused approach to deliver results and meet expectations on an array of topics, including Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Business English Communication, Time Management, Selling Skills, Enhancing Employability, Management Development Programs, Leadership Development, and Life Coaching.
Currently, he is engaged in helping a relatively new pharma company establish its sales and marketing operations in and around Mumbai besides training its field force.
