Ms. Smita Kulkarni holds post-graduate degree in pharmacology and two years experience as a medical representative. She holds multiple certifications along with a diploma in sales and marketing.

She is a Master NLP practitioner, design thinking practitioner and an ICF approved coach & facilitator and has 30+ years of experience right from being a Sales Representative to L&D Head of top pharma companies like Ipca & FDC, empowering tens of thousands pharma field force.

She is the founder of SKETCH Consultants, which aims to enable peak sales performance through training and coaching. Currently, she helps to build-up careers in Pharma Sales Industry and also shares her knowledge as a Senior Trainer. Her passion in life is transforming people and helping them by adding value to their life.

Moreover, she has been recognized as the Best Performer in numerous programs, and her knowledge and expertise come from extensive on-job-training and coaching experience with sales executives and the various TTT (Train the Trainer) programs.

Ms. Smita Kulkarni is an enthusiastic, energetic, and creative personality and her Purpose in life is to drive growth & progress for Sales performance along with continuous learning.
