PharmaState Academy, a learning and development platform for the pharmaceutical industry, conducted a transformative webinar for professionals, delivering vital insights in learning about how to implement the latest digital technology in the industry. The third session of its digital tech in pharma series on the topic “Raise your brand online with 10 proven SEO tips” has been hosted by PharmaState Academy.
An effective SEO strategic approach is not an inherent quality, and its implementation has been called into question on innumerable countless occasions; however, having a better understanding is still imperative for an integrated marketing strategy.
The session was moderated by Shazia Sheikh, Project Manager at PharmaState Academy, and starred Vivek Hattangadi (Chief Mentor – PharmaState Academy & Pharma Industry Veteran) and Sourav Das (CEO – MyRx).
Vivek Hattangadi and Sourav Das led the webinar after a brief introduction by Shazia Sheikh, outlining relevant information on content development and search engine optimization. The webinar session centered on pharmaceutical industry leaders’ thought processes as it came to tracking digital needs in the industry.
After further introduction to content development by Vivek Hattangadi, Sourav Das started the webinar by discussing how SEO, or Search Engine Optimization, can help pharma brands prosper. While Vivek Hattangadi accurately stated the concepts of creating content from ground – up as well as differentiating copywriting from content writing, Sourav Das presented the technical side of ranking brand content, communication, pages, articles, and other digital assets.
“What are the most common SEO mistakes that businesses or individuals make today?”
“How do I choose an appropriate lineup in content writing?”
“How can we engage the audience through giveaways? Is it still an effective engagement tool?”
Similarly, throughout the live event, topic-related questions were being asked and elegantly acknowledged by both speakers, providing attendees with a thorough understanding on the respective topic. The interaction also emphasized the point that “Excitement should not be mistaken for unpredictability when it comes to digital marketing.”
Consider another of the participants’ questions as to how SEO can help with doctor appointments. Sourav Das responded, “SEO cannot do everything while you’re in the doctor’s infirmary, but it does a lot when you’re not in there and the doctor is in front of his desktop or laptop,” emphasizing the significance of content being present at all times, whether you are present or not.
The session was full of knowledge and robust conversation due to the direct events of the Q&A round. The webinar addressed many pharma-related questions about digital technology, reviving the sensible discussion with significant change.
